Enquiries

When you contact us, we use the name, business, contact details and message you provide to respond to your enquiry. Our website sends these details to our team by email using Google's email service. Please do not submit passwords or confidential customer documents through this form.

Optional website analytics

Only if you choose “Accept analytics”, we load Google Analytics to measure page visits, product-link clicks and successful enquiry submissions. Analytics can include cookie identifiers, browser and device information and approximate location. Google processes this information and may process it outside your country.

We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names or message text to Google Analytics. Our tracking uses fixed page and product labels, not form contents, URL query strings or fragments. Advertising personalisation is disabled in our website tag.

Your choice

Analytics is off until you accept. Rejecting it does not prevent you from browsing or sending an enquiry. We remember your choice in this browser for up to six months. Use “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance stops future tracking and removes our first-party Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected.

Essential website operation

The website uses security and temporary form-status cookies to protect and process enquiries. Server logs may contain request information such as IP addresses and browser details for operation, troubleshooting and security. These functions are separate from optional analytics.
